lior.ventures is a portfolio and studio marketing surface operated by Lior Ventures LLC. Content describes products at various stages of maturity. Stage labels (Functional, Primitive, Alpha, Pre-code) are disclosures, not warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a solicitation to purchase a product that is not yet available. Pilot lists and access requests are expressions of interest only.

Portfolio products

Links to SerenQ, PrepHaven, MindArc, and other products take you to separate applications. Those products have their own terms of service and privacy policies. Billing, if any, is governed by the product's checkout flow and processor terms (including Stripe).

Intellectual property

Studio marks, product names (including FitScore™, Q Mark™, Chef DNA, the Evolving Arc, and DIP), copy, and design on this site are owned by Lior Ventures LLC or used under license. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, except for ordinary browser caching and linking.
